North Korea has reportedly resumed its import of luxury goods, including high-end watches and designer clothes, despite international sanctions. South Korea's unification ministry stated that the volume of luxury products imported to North Korea from areas near its borders with Russia and China has recovered since the second half of last year. The goods are purchased by North Korean diplomats and company officials stationed in China, Russia, and Europe.
