The unipolar world order should be counterbalanced by new centers of power that respect opinions and interests of integrating countries, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of Belarus Vyacheslav Danilovich said at the first Gromyko Expert Forum in Mogilev, BelTA reports.
