Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has expressed condolences over the suicide of two individuals from the Maratha community and urged activists not to take such steps. He stated that the government is committed to providing reservations for the Maratha community and that the Supreme Court admitting the curative petition on Maratha reservation has opened up a window for reservation.
