Danny Holmes leaves the Bay

DANNY Holmes has left Colwyn Bay due to taking up a new opportunity closer to home.

Danny joined the Seagulls from Connah’s Quay Nomads during the summer and made his competitive debut against Airbus UK Broughton in the Nathaniel MG Cup in August.

The 34-year-old defender, who was also part of the coaching team, made eight league appearances this season.

He is taking up a job opportunity closer to home and we would like to thank him for his efforts and wish him well for the future.
