I’ve found a great place to take kids for a fun day out – there’s trampolines, ninja tag and it’s reasonably-priced too
A WOMAN has revealed that she has found a great place to take kids for the ultimate, fun-filled day out.
So if you are struggling to think of ideas to keep your little ones entertained, fear not, we’ve got you covered.
One mum, Roxsanne, took her sons to Flip Out, an adventure park at Lakeside shopping centre, in Essex.
Roxsanne took to social media to share an insight into her fabulous, and reasonably-priced day out, as she wrote: “Places to visit with kids in Essex.”
The mother then shared clips from her day at Flip Out, as she said: “We have you covered when it comes to ideas for days out.
“So we went to flip out in Lakeside, which is in Essex.
“It’s not your usual trampoline park, they’ve got quite a bit there.
“I wanna you guys, it’s like a full body workout. You are gonna leave it exhausted.”
Roxsanne gave social media users a close-up look at Flip Out, as she showed off the gladiator games, obstacle course, ninja tag zone, trampolines, meltdown machine and mega stunt area.
Not only this, but there’s a large traverse wall, which is great for thrill-seeking little ones that love to climb.
If that wasn’t enough, there’s also a ninja wipeout zone, where you’ll have to jump and duck to avoid being swept off your podium by the revolving wipeout machine.
The fun doesn’t stop there though, as there’s also a huge cyber tower and battle beams too.
She then continued: “It’s relatively clean. You can get food and drink there.
“There is no soft play area, so for that, I’ll recommend it for kids over the age of three.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @meetthesonsfamily, has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed 10,600 views.
Social media users were eager to share their thoughts on Flip Out in the comments.
One person said: “We love Flip Out!”
To this, Roxsanne replied: “It’s so good there! This one and Wandsworth was our favourite.”
Another added: “I used to go to one in Dubai!”
Whilst another user tagged a friend and simply commented: “This.”

A standard 90 minute experience package which will give you access to all of the centre’s attractions and will cost you £18.95.
There’s also a two hour package, which is £23.95.
For mini flippers, suitable for children between 18 months and five years old, a standard ticket is £12.85. For an additional parent or child, it will cost £5.95.
If you’re booking in a group of eight or more, you can get a discount, with 90 minute tickets costing £15 per person.
