Nine-year-old Delta boy bags David Mark’s scholarship

A former Senate President, David Mark, on Friday offered scholarship up to secondary school level to a nine-year-old boy, Divine Okoacha. Mark announced the gesture in Igbogili-Abavo, in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State where he attended the funeral of Mrs Catherine  Mumeh, mother of his Chief Press Secretary, Paul Mumeh.
