Veteran wrestler Sakshi Malik has expressed reservations about the newly-elected Wrestling Federation of India, urging the exclusion of Sanjay Singh from the body. Malik announced her retirement in December due to Singh's election as WFI president. In an interaction with the media, Malik stated that she has no issues with the new federation except for Singh's involvement and that she would accept the WFI without him. She also ruled out her personal involvement in the administration of the federation.
