Browns to rest Joe Flacco, start QB Jeff Driskel at Cincinnati

Cleveland quarterback Joe Flacco has gone from resting on his couch to resting up for the playoffs.

Browns coach Kevin Stefanski confirmed that backup Jeff Driskel will start on Sunday at Cincinnati.
