Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's Senior Vice President Shah Mahmood Qureshi has been declared "ineligible" to contest the upcoming general elections from Multan. An appellate election tribunal rejected Qureshi's appeal against the rejection of his nomination papers for two National Assembly and two Punjab Assembly seats in Multan.
