India's aviation regulator has confirmed that domestic airlines have successfully performed checks on Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft following a cabin panel blowout on a new Alaska Airlines 737 Max 9 aircraft. The DGCA has ordered all Indian operators to check the operation and proper closing of over-wing emergency exits as a precautionary measure.
