Hoax bomb threats force several US statehouses to evacuate
WASHINGTON D.C.: The FBI and state officials said a series of hoax bomb threats on the morning of January 3 forced several statehouses across the country to briefly evacuate.
Threats were made to the state capitols in Connecticut, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, and Montana.
However, police who swept the buildings the same day in the afternoon found no explosives or suspicious equipment.
