Israeli hostages could be freed and Hamas leaders exiled under new Qatari proposal 

A new deal drafted by Qatar could see the more than 130 hostages being held by Hamas finally freed in exchange for both Israel and the terror group's exit from Gaza, according to a report on Hebrew media.
