Timbers sign free agent GK Maxime Crepeau

The Portland Timbers signed MLS Cup-winning goalkeeper Maxime Crepeau through the 2025 season.

The deal announced Wednesday with the 29-year-old free agent includes a club option for 2026.

Crepeau spent the past two seasons with Los Angeles FC after stints with Vancouver and Montreal.

He made seven starts in 2023 after returning from a broken right leg sustained in LAF
