The new idol of Ram Lalla is scheduled to be installed inside the sanctum sanctorum on January 18, ahead of the pran pratishtha ceremony on January 22. The pre-rituals for the consecration have begun, with the idol sculpted by Arun Yogiraj. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra trustee Anil Mishra performed a puja at the Saryu Ghat in Ayodhya.
