THE Princess of Wales is to stay in hospital for up to two weeks after undergoing a successful abdominal surgery.

Brave mum-of-three Kate is now recovering after she was taken to The London Clinic yesterday for the planned surgery.

It is expected Kate will remain in hospital following the successful procedure and she is not expected to resume royal duties for months.
