I find so much Lululemon in the thrift store but the tag’s normally ripped off, a two-second trick helps you identify it
A SAVVY shopper has revealed how she’s able to snag Lululemon outfits for a fraction of the retail price at the thrift store.
She said there is a key thing to look out for since the tags are normally ripped out, but with her quick trick, you can easily find it.
Karen (@chaoticlinguine) loves sharing insider secrets on how to find high-quality items at affordable prices.
In a video, She showed how to spot Lululemon Athletica pieces when you’re scanning the racks at your local thrift store.
“Let me show you a Lululemon thrifting hack,” she said in a voiceover.
At the start of the video, she panned over a rack of athletic tops in various sizes, colors, and styles.
She then zoomed in on a bright orange top as she analyzed the shirt.
“If you find some Lululemon, generally a tag is going to be ripped off,” she said.
Thankfully, she told viewers about a thrifting hack to make sure it’s from the brand.
“Look for the size inside the bra area and the pockets,” she explained.
Karen demonstrated in the video what to keep your eyes peeled for in the shirt.
Inside the bra area, there was a small 10 in black ink on a silver circle.
She also showed her audience what they looked like in a pair of black sporty shorts, which had the number 6 logo inside.
The way the numbers are written and designed is a key giveaway that they are Lululemon items.
The next time you’re shopping at the GoodWill or another thrift store make sure to keep this tip in mind.
