Expelled Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra is challenging a notice from the Directorate of Estates to vacate a government bungalow she was allotted but cancelled after her expulsion. The plea is set to be heard by Justice Girish Kathpalia. Moitra was expelled for allegedly accepting gifts from businessman Darshan Hiranandani.
