Lemoignan Departs

Derry City FC can confirm that goalkeeper Jack Lemoignan has left the club and has signed a permanent deal at Harland & Wolff Welders FC.

Jack signed his first professional contract with the Candystripes ahead of the 2021 season having joined a year earlier from Newbuildings.

Confirming his departure from the Brandywell, Ruaidhri Higgins wished the 23-year old well in his future endeavours.

“Jack has had a really tough time recently and it will be good for him to get back playing regular football again” said the City boss.

“I want to thank him for his time here and we all wish Jack well, both on and off the pitch in the coming months.”
