I found such good Dollar Tree dupes for not even a fraction of the price – they’re $35 at Sephora compared to $1.25
THERE’S no fooling a frugal shopper when it comes to finding a high-end find for less.
Retail stores could keep their pricey name brand products.
“Okay, apparently Dollar Tree has Glow Recipe dupes, so we are here to check it out,” said Paige Constantino (@paigeconstantino).
A woman on a money-saving mission, she headed straight to the beauty section.
And it was going well.
“I actually found them pretty fast, they’re by the brand B-Pure,” she explained.
Paige had successfully stumbled upon a trio of treasures on her Dollar Tree trek when she came upon the dupes for the Glow Recipe serum, toner, and moisturizer.
“The moisturizer and the serum both have watermelon extract and niacinamide and then the toner has watermelon extract and hyaluronic acid,” she explained.
The beauty lover was also impressed with the packaging as she described how they all came in glass bottles.
“They feel like really nice quality,” she said.
According to Paige, you don’t need a big budget to upgrade your beauty routine.
The $1.25 Dollar Tree dupe was identical to the $35 Glow Recipe serum from Sephora.
Just like the dollar deal, the pricier product was also composed of the same watermelon extract and niacinamide ingredients.
The beauty buy is described as being a breakthrough, multi-use highlighting serum that hydrates and visibly reduces the look of hyperpigmentation.
It is also said to offer a dewy, reflective glow without mica, glitter, or gray cast.
Over 85% of purchasers were fans of the find.
“I love the niacinamide dew drops, they are excellent and work perfectly for preparing you skin to do makeup, nice smell and perfect on the skin,” wrote one enthused customer.
“I am loving this product. My skin feels so nice and so smooth. I definitely recommend,” wrote another satisfied buyer who also gave the serum five stars.
“I feel like these are such a good dupe for not even a fraction of the price,” said Paige.
The skincare guru, who describes herself as having a shopping addiction, was not about to pay full price.
Her fans were also blown away by the budget buy.
“The Dollar Tree one works better on my face than the actual,” said one believer.
“Catch me at Dollar Tree tomorrow lol,” another chimed in, presumably hoping to find the same deal.
“Haha me,” she responded.
It seemed that the dollar dupe wasn’t help Paige’s addiction much.
Others who were skeptical at first had also become believers.
“I was nervous about putting stuff from the dollar store on my face but I’m glad I took the opportunity, because my acne had cleared within two weeks,” said yet another viewer.
“No way! Yay!” Paige replied.
