Four ‘telltale’ clues that The Masked Singer’s Cricket is world-famous boxing star worth £180m shared by fans

THE Masked Singer fans are convinced that Cricket is a world-famous boxer.

The character has dropped a number of clues – leading some to think it is Anthony Joshua.

One fan pointed out the four signs it is him, revealing: “Anthony Joshua who loves cricket; his management team have ventured into professional cycling; he’s pals with Dizzee Rascal; he’s 6’5 and he can sing!”

In one clue, Cricket was observed standing on a cricket pitch, surrounded by numbers, including ‘total 60’.

On another occasion he said “I hope my performance was bowling you over, like when I got dizzy while perched on a sofa”.

A further clue was the letters TDF, which some believed stood for Tour de France.

Anthony Joshua, 34, has shown off his singing skills to fans on a number of occasions.  

The panel have been divided about his identity, and previously guessed it was Blue singer Simon Webbe.

Other guesses have been Lemar, Jay Blades and even Vic Reeves.

Last weekend Shirley Ballas was unmasked in the competition after landing in the bottom two with Dippy Egg following a public vote.

Speaking after being unmasked, Shirley said: “I was very flattered actually because I just don’t sing at all and some of the people that you were saying, was like, wow!

“It was one of the best times of my life. It was way out of my comfort zone and I totally loved it.”

The Masked Singer airs on Saturdays at 7pm on ITV1, ITVX and STV.
