Taylor Maloney departs

Playmaker Maloney signed for Boro in July 2023 and went on to make 25 appearances in all competitions, scoring five goals along the way.

We thank Taylor for his time with us and wish him every success for the future.

Manager Spencer Day explained: “Dartford enquired about Taylor when we negotiated Harvey.

“For no one’s fault, it just hasn’t clicked for him here and I’m gutted as I know what a player he is and will be in the future.

“Going to his local club gives him the chance to get going and I wish him every success.

“Ideally, I would have kept him but of course budget dictates, so regretfully we’ve agreed to the transfer.”
