Athletics announce the signing of 16 international free agents
The list includes infielder Edgar Montero and outfielder Jose Ramos who are both ranked in the top 50 by MLB.com
The Oakland Athletics announced Friday the signings of 16 international free agents including top 50 international prospects Edgar Montero and Jose Ramos. The group includes eight from Venezuela, two from the Dominican Republic, two from Mexico, one from Cuba, one from Panama, one from Colombia and one from Aruba.
