Man pleads guilty to robbing pizza delivery driver
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Isaiah Davis-Jackson, 26, of Albany, pled guilty to robbery in the second degree. Davis-Jackson was accused of attacking a pizza delivery driver and stealing food on August 29 on North Pearl Street.
The indictment alleges that Davis-Jackson and co-defendant Nasir Shabazz, 28, also caused multiple injuries to the victim. Davis-Jackson is expected to be sentenced to three-and-a-half years in state prison. Sentencing is scheduled for March 15.
Nasir Shabazz pled guilty to robbery in the second degree on January 3. He faces five years in state prison. Sentencing is scheduled for March 4.
