Hattie’s hosting job fair for new Albany location

Hattie’s Restaurant, a popular fried chicken spot, is holding a job fair for its new restaurant on Albany’s South End. The job fair runs Tuesday, January 16 through Sunday, January 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the new restaurant on Madison Avenue.

Amsterdam’s SoupFest winners announced

Middleburgh café closes its doors after two years

Benny’s Café in Middleburgh has closed its doors. The owners made the announcement in a Facebook post on January 14.

Irish pub in Greene County closes its doors

Murphy’s Law Public House, an Irish pub located at 1147 Main Street in Leeds, closed at the beginning of January for a winter break and was slated to reopen at the end of the month. However, the Murphy family announced in mid-January that they would not be reopening.

Specialty coffee company in the Berkshires up for sale

After 32 years, Paul Lovegreen has decided to sell his business Tunnel City Coffee. The business is listed for sale with Stone House Properties for $995,000.

New Mexican restaurant opens in Waterford
