New Mexican restaurant opens in Waterford

WATERFORD, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A new Mexican restaurant recently opened in Waterford. I Love Rosa is located at 90 Broad Street.

I Love Rosa serves "South of the Border Eats." Although the menu does not yet seem to be available online, the restaurant has tacos, burritos, nachos, tamales, arepas, quesadillas, and more.

The eatery is open every day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. I Love Rosa offers both dine-in and takeout. You can check out the I Love Rosa Facebook page to stay up to date on their offerings.
