L.L.Bean opening new store in Kingston

KINGSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- L.L.Bean, an outdoor clothing retailer, is set to open a new store in Kingston. The store will be located at Ulster Crossing and is expected to open in the spring.

The store space is more than 18,000-square-feet and will carry men’s, women’s and kid’s active and casual apparel including outerwear, footwear, outdoor gear and home goods. This will be L.L.Bean's first new store to open in 2024 and eighth store in New York.

“We are excited to expand our footprint in New York with the opening of a new L.L.Bean retail store in Kingston this spring,” said Amy Chiara, district manager for L.L.Bean. “This location will offer guests the high-quality, durable goods our customers love, as well as the outdoor expertise needed to help them embark on new adventures."

L.L.Bean will begin hiring for full-time and part-time positions in early 2024 on the L.L.Bean careers website. A grand opening date is yet to be announced.
