Topeka Public Schools late start due to icy roads

TOPEKA (KSNT) - As a result of icy road conditions Topeka Public Schools (TPS) will have a delayed start.
At 6:17 a.m., the TPS announced it would have a 2-hour delayed start to allow streets to be treated.
- Elementary will begin at 10:40 a.m.
- Middle School will begin at 9:50 a.m.
- High School will begin at 9:55 a.m.
"Please use caution if traveling as roads could quickly become icy!" the National Weather Service of Topeka said on social media.
