My Dollar Tree makeup find is so good it should be illegal, I can’t stress enough how similar it is to Benefit’s $24 buy
FRIENDS don’t let friends buy marked-up makeup.
And one beauty guru who wanted to save others from getting ripped off on name-brand buys was about to be your bestie.
“I feel like it’s straight up unjust if I don’t share this with you guys,” said Paige Constantino (@paigeconstantino).
She explained how she felt the need to reshare her biggest dollar deal of all time – after it, it wouldn’t be right to keep the beauty steal secret all to herself.
“This Dollar Tree find should be illegal,” she explained.
The bargain beauty hunter had found a $1.25 two-pack of mini lip tints that reminded her of a much more expensive name-brand buy.
“And when I’m telling you that this is Benetint, Benefit Beauty should be sued because they should not be selling this for $24,” she said.
Paige applied the dollar dupe to her cheek before blending it out.
Benefit’s $24 Benetint cheek and lip stain was described as being a long-lasting and smudge-proof cult favorite with a sheer finish.
Wearers of the pricier product were weighing in.
“I have been looking – casually, but still – for years for a lip color that doesn’t look orange against my extremely fair skin tone.
“This shade looks like a saturated version of my natural lip color and I’m extremely pleased!” wrote one satisfied customer.
“I love this product, I wear it almost every day it stains my lips so well with no transfer and gives my cheeks the perfect sun-kissed look. Will definitely be purchasing again!” shared another reviewer.
Paige was also in disbelief over her Dollar Tree lipgloss find that added some shimmery perfection to her pout.
The beauty guru still thought that the pricey brand should be behind bars.
“Stop wasting your money on these big corporations that are literally stealing from you,” she explained.
The more product she applied, the more pleased she was with her purchase – it seemed she had won this glow up game.
She couldn’t stress enough how similar the two products were.
“Oh my God. It blends out and it’s so buildable. I literally want to just scream at you, go to Dollar Tree before these are gone. And get yourself a two-pack for $1.25 instead of $24.”
The beauty guru made it clear she had your back as she also didn’t want you to miss out on their two-pack of lip oils.
“This is your sign, I warned you,” she said.
Her fans were certainly heeding her money-saving suggestions.
“I had to run to Dollar Tree today and I found them. Girl yes they’re cute and good!” exclaimed one excited follower.
“Yay!” she replied.
“Going today, thanks queen,” said another watcher who didn’t want to miss out on the makeup deals.
“Got them a while ago, and yes!” a fellow beauty lover chimed in.
“How long did it last?” asked one curious viewer.
“Woke up and it was still on,” replied a pleased Paige.
