The INDIA bloc government in Bihar may be on its last legs as the estrangement between lead parties JDU and RJD looks complete with breakdown in communication. Chief minister Nitish Kumar and deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav attended the Republic Day celebrations in Patna on Friday morning but refrained from exchanging pleasantries.
