From Vashi, Manoj Jarange Patil gives ultimatum to Maharashtra govt

Putting the Maharashtra government in a tight spot, Maratha leader Manoj Jarange Patil on Friday gave an ultimatum to the state government asking for an ordinance to be issued giving a caste certificate on the basis of the mother's caste.
