NJ man accused of selling drugs in Warren County
WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Jersey City, New Jersey man was arrested on Thursday and is accused of selling crack cocaine in Warren County. Rafael DeJesus, 37, faces multiple charges.
According to the Warren County Sheriff's Office, DeJesus was found to possess over seven grams of crack cocaine. Authorities say he sold crack cocaine from a Warren County NEU investigation in December of 2023.
Charges:
- Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell
- Third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
- Fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (two counts)
DeJesus was arraigned at Warren County CAP Court. He was released under supervision for a non-qualifying offense for bail.
