Nitish Kumar has taken the oath as Bihar's chief minister for a record ninth time, following his departure from the grand alliance and INDIA bloc. BJP leaders Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Sinha were appointed as deputy CMs. Other BJP leaders, including Prem Kumar, JDU's Vijay Choudhary, Vijendra Yadav and Shrawan Kumar, Santosh Kumar Suman, and independent legislator Sumit Singh, also took oath.
