West Ham Feel Target Won’t Make Instant Impact, Disagree With Price

West Ham United do not believe that FC Nordsjaelland winger Ibrahim Osman will make an instant impact and as such are unwilling to meet his asking price, according to the Sun.

The Hammers have just landed Kalvin Phillips on loan from Manchester City to boost their options in the middle of the park.

David Moyes still wants to do further business though and the club have been speaking to Danish outfit Nordsjaelland about Osman.

It had looked that Osman would be heading to the London Stadium, but West Ham will not pay the £20m being demanded.

West Ham do not believe that Osman will be able to make an instant impact and as such feel he is overpriced.

The move is now rated as unlikely to happen.

There remains time left in the transfer window to put it back on track however.

That though would likely need Nordsjaelland to change their stance and accept a lower fee for Osman’s services.
