Baldwin shooting leaves one injured

BALDWIN, La. (KLFY) -- One person was injured in a shooting incident in Baldwin, according to the Baldwin Police Department.
At around 11:47 a.m. Sunday, the Baldwin police said they were notified of a shooting at the corner of Bollard Street and Lockley Street. An officer in the area heard gunshots and found a man who had been shot.
The victim was taken to a local hospital. He is now in stable condition.
Baldwin police are investigating the incident. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
