Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has accused the Enforcement Directorate of disrupting the state government's functioning and accusing them of malice. Soren urged the agency to record his statement on or before January 31 and requested a video recording of his seven-hour questioning. The federal agency issued a fresh summons to Soren, who left for the national capital on January 27.
