ED had earlier made Saxena an approver in the helicopter purchase scam. However, the ED later moved the court to withdraw the pardon granted to him, claiming that he had concealed material facts from the agency. In the alleged multi-crore fertiliser scandal, Saxena has agreed to share details of the proceeds of crime parked by the accused, said the people cited earlier. Saxena, they added, laundered the money of the accused.
