On Monday, family members and villagers supporting the deceased tube-well operator, who was allegedly murdered, staged a protest by blocking the Barara-Shahabad road in the Barara area of Ambala district. The road remained blocked for nearly an hour. The family member demanded the arrest of the accused. After the assurance from the DSP, the protest was lifted by the family members and villagers.
