Nearly 88% of professionals in India are considering moving jobs in 2024, which is 4% more than in 2023, according to a research by LinkedIn. The study surveyed 1,097 professionals in India and analyzed job data from LinkedIn members to identify the growth rate for each job title. The job search activity on the platform has increased by 9% in 2023 compared to 2022.
