Maryland weather: Small chance of overnight snow flurries Tuesday, followed by dry conditions
Following a small chance of overnight rain and snow flurries Tuesday, the National Weather Service forecasts a dry week for the Baltimore area.
Throughout Tuesday, the NWS forecasts cloudiness with temperatures only reaching a high of 44 degrees. After 8 p.m., there’s a 10% chance of scattered rain sprinkles mixed with snow flurries, and temperatures will drop to a low around 34 degrees.
There’s a small chance this precipitation will continue into Wednesday morning, according to the weather service. Temperatures will only reach a high near 45 and a low around 31.
Following the short stint of potential precipitation, the NWS forecasts for the rest of the week to be mostly sunny and warm.
From Thursday to Sunday, the Baltimore area will have highs in the 50s. On Thursday, temperatures will only reach as low as 39 degrees, while Friday, Saturday and Sunday will have lows in the 20s.
