The Delhi Police received the 'Best Marching Contingent' trophy in the 'Judges Choice category,' while the CRPF claimed the top spot in the 'Popular Choice category.' The awards, presented by MoS Defence Ajay Bhatt, recognized the exceptional performances during the Republic Day Parade on January 30, 2024. The Delhi Police contingents, featuring an all-women pipe band, made history, and the CRPF showcased its prowess with 100 women personnel. A trophy presentation ceremony is scheduled to honor these achievements.
