OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - The Oklahoma City Fire Department battled a commercial fire Tuesday morning.

According to officials, the fire ignited at a car repair shop near the I-35 Service Road between SE 59th and SE 62nd around 5 a.m. on Tuesday.

An employee of the shop noted that there were paint supplies, gasoline and diesel inside the building.

"Upon arrival, we had explosions going off so we went into a defensive operation," said Battalion Chief Shane Williams with OKCFD. "We were advised it had about three hundred gallons of diesel fuel in it, thirty gallons of some other kind of gasoline and some lacquers in it."

No injuries have been reported, but this building is expected to be a total loss.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
