Off-duty NYPD school safety agent groped female straphanger on subway platform: cops

Elvin Espinal, 28, is accused of inappropriately touching a woman on the northbound No. 7 train platform at the Roosevelt Avenue - 74th Street station in Jackson Heights at 4:40 p.m. Monday, cops said.
