Polish government asks Germany to ‘think creatively’ about war loss compensation

The foreign minister in Poland’s new pro-European Union government has said he would like Germany’s leaders to think in a “creative” way about compensating Poland for huge losses it suffered at Nazi Germany’s hands during the Second World War.
