In the aesthetically pleasing picture, Molly shared that she was at a baby shower and showed her followers the stunning decorations spread across the table.
Beside her, sat a brown and gold Chanel handbag, that sets purchasers back a whopping £6K.
Molly snapped a mirror selfie to follow, that she then shared to her story, posing in a stunning designer coat, with a jaw-dropping £2K price tag.
It comes after the reality favourite made some questionable comments about “overpriced” coffee.
Molly’s followers took aim at the fact the millionaire was moaning abut her expensive brew – as they insisted “you can well afford it”.
She wrote to social media: “Daily walk to grab an overpriced iced coffee,” followed by a baby face Emoji.
But Instagram users weren’t impressed, with one writing: “Yep why complain that’s so embarrassing she’s rolling in money it’s cost living for millions many can even afford a jar coffee.”
Another quipped: “You can well afford it, unlike the poor sops who are serving you!! Get a grip!!” as one then giggled: “It’s not overpriced to you.”
However, some jumped to Molly’s defence, with one stating: “Someone can be a multimillionaire and still know an overprice when they see it. She didn’t grow up a millionaire.”
Another argued: “These comments are honestly unbelievable. Just cos u have a sad life doesn’t mean u need to comment of other people’s, she’s got thousands of followers so I doubt ur silly little comment will do anything.”
