Supreme Court urged to stop West Point from using race in admissions

WEST POINT, New York: While a related dispute over the practice proceeds in a lower court, this week, Students for Fair Admissions, a group opposed to affirmative action, asked the Supreme Court to stop the U.S. Military Academy at West Point from considering race as a factor in admissions decisions.
