Police: Father, 2 sons injured in Northeast Salem shooting

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities found a 42-year-old father and his two sons injured after a shooting in Salem early Saturday morning.
After receiving a call that “multiple people” had gunshot wounds, officers say they found the family standing outside in the area of Lansing Avenue and Hammel Street Northeast around 2:25 a.m.
The father and the sons, ages 15 and 22, suffered non-life threatening injuries, and two people were taken to Salem Health for treatment. Police have yet to make an arrest, and Salem PD’s investigation is ongoing.
