Life-threatening injuries reported in Hoyt house fire

HOYT (KSNT) - Firefighters were at the scene of a structure fire in Jackson County on Monday morning.

Fire crews responded to a house fire at 6:35 a.m. on Feb. 5 near First and Highland Streets in Hoyt, according to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office. One person was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. A firefighter was also injured in the fire and hospitalized.
