Cold morning in Acadiana, sunny and warmer for the afternoon

Colder but with lighter winds this morning as temperatures fall into the lower 40s for much of Acadiana. A beautiful day is forecasted this Tuesday as we stay mostly sunny from start to finish. Highs will be in the upper 60s to low 70s making for comfortably warm conditions outside. Lows tonight are back in the lower 40s.

Rain chances increase for the end of the week with scattered showers and storms becoming more likely Saturday and Sunday. As of today, Mardi Gras weather looks mostly sunny, cool, and breezy.
