We designed our own tiny house so it wouldn’t feel cramped – there’s a walk-in shower, washer/dryer, & a sauna out back
A HOMEOWNER gave a tour of her tiny space that was big on style.
Her favorite part wasn’t even any of the upgrades she made to the inside of the home.
“You won’t believe this is a tiny house,” said Emily (@ebroomy).
The Airbnb host set out to prove that less is more when it came to her small but stylish home.
Emily showed throwback images of the house being built from the ground up and was determined to dispel any myths about not having enough space.
“We designed our own blueprints and made it not feel cramped without sacrificing all the must-haves – walk-in shower, washer dryer, etc.,” she said.
Emily gave a sneak peek of her pad which also featured an open kitchen with barstools, two sinks in the bathroom, and a bed opposite her couch.
The windows and doors showed their open view of the nature that surrounded them.
Still, the tiny homeowner seemed to be most enthralled with the outdoor area.
She showed off her hot tub, as well as the chairs in front of a fireplace, and her favorite part: the sauna.
“Big fan,” she said in a second video.
A winding walkway led to the outdoor wooden sauna structure which most certainly comes in use during the winter months.
Her fans were also impressed with her luxe living situation.
“That’s so dope! Would trade for this in a heartbeat,” said one follower.
“What a great design well done,” another viewer agreed.
Emily rents the space that sits amidst the Adirondack mountains in Upstate New York on Airbnb for $405 a night – and includes all the non-cramped comforts of home.
