Nish Panesar sinks to new low using Kat Slater’s children in sick scheme in EastEnders
KAT Slater has given Nish Panesar a chance after the breakdown of her marriage with Phil Mitchell.
But the EastEnders villain is stooping to a new low next week as he uses her children to get to her.
Determined to grow his empire and to figure out what really happened on the day of his Christmas attack, Nish Panesar (portrayed by Navin Chowdhry) is a villain nobody can underestimate.
In recent scenes of the BBC One drama, viewers were horrified to see him embark on a romantic relationship with a freshly single and heartbroken Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace).
But the romance takes a turn next week.
Coming up, Nish wants to get closer to Kat and Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy) tells him that her kids are the route to her heart.
Kat and the kids later arrive at No.41 for dinner, where her twin sons Bert and Ernie run riot.
While Kat is amused by how much the situation is winding Nish up, she’s soon stunned when he issues a shock invitation.
What will it be?
Will Kat and the children accept?
Nish made it clear he was only interested in getting closer to Kat to get his hands on the businesses Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) left in her name.
As viewers of the London-based program will recall, Kat and Phil broke up when she learned he had cheated on her with Emma Harding.
Unwilling to work on the relationship, she bedded Nish after he offered her a place to stay with very cheap rent.
Meanwhile, Nish is still bitter over his separation from Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal).
The businesswoman left her husband for her lover Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) on Christmas Day and the news led Nish to spiral out of control.
Just as he realised he had no other choice but to let his wife go, Nish lashed out in The Queen Vic, trying to force her to come home with him.
Denise Fox (Diane Parish) was present at the time, along with Linda Carter, Kathy Beale, Stacey Slater and Sharon Watts.
In an attempt to defend Linda, who had been struck by Nish, and Suki, Denise bottled the villain, leaving him to die.
Keanu Taylor then suddenly appeared in the pub, ready to confront Sharon Watts about Albie Watts’ paternity.
This, as soap watchers know, led to Linda stabbing Keanu when he tried to strangle Sharon and the late hunk was blamed for Nish’s attack.
Unfortunately for the Six, Nish is well aware that something isn’t right and he is adamant on finding out what their secret is.
Will he figure it out?
Could he use Kat Slater to get closer to Stacey, the rest of the Six and the truth?
EastEnders airs from Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
